Hot Tropics Green Smoothie

This non-alcoholic green smoothie not only delivers a refreshing tropical taste but also packs a nutritious punch with antioxidants, vitamins, and a kick of metabolism-boosting spice.

 

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water for less sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt for a vegan option)
  • 1 Tbsp Liv'n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir
  • A handful of ice cubes

     

    How to Make:

    1. Blend the Greens: Add spinach and coconut water to the blender first. Blend until the mixture is smooth, ensuring no leafy chunks remain.
    2. Add Fruits and Yogurt: Add the pineapple, banana, avocado, and Greek yogurt to the blender. Blend again until smooth.
    3. Spice it Up: Add the Liv'n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir and ice cubes. Blend until the ice is finely crushed and the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
    4. Taste and Adjust: Try the masterpiece for yourself. If you desire more heat, add a bit more Jalapeño Elixir. For more sweetness, a drizzle of honey or demerara syrup works great.
    5. Serve: Pour into a chilled glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprig of mint, and enjoy! Cheers!
