Our Beet the Heat Paloma, crafted by @KevvNationn exclusively for Liv'n Spicy, is a spicy twist on the classic Paloma. This refreshing drink not only tantalizes your taste buds with Casamigos Blanco Tequila, tangy grapefruit juice, and a homemade Beet Cranberry Syrup, but also offers a boost of vitamins and antioxidants from the beet and cranberry concentrates, while the Liv’n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir helps to kickstart your metabolism and support heart health.  Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila (or your favorite)
  • 1.5 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • .75 oz Beet Cranberry Syrup (see recipe below!)
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Liv’n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir

How to Make

Beet Cranberry Syrup

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cranberry concentrate
  • 1 cup Beet Concentrate
  • 1.5 cups of cane sugar

How to Make Beet Cranberry Simple Syrup:

  1. Add all ingredients into pot and heat it up over medium high.
  2. Stir until sugar has dissolved, turn off heat and let cool.
  3. Store into a bottle. (lasts 2 weeks!)

 

How to Make a Beet the Heat Paloma

  1. Add all ingredients into mixing tin and shake, strain into rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a dehydrated lime & a cinnamon stick
  3. Enjoy! Salud!
