Ingredients:
- 2 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila (or your favorite)
- 1.5 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- .75 oz Beet Cranberry Syrup (see recipe below!)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Liv’n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir
How to Make
Beet Cranberry Syrup
Ingredients:- 1 cup cranberry concentrate
- 1 cup Beet Concentrate
- 1.5 cups of cane sugar
How to Make Beet Cranberry Simple Syrup:
- Add all ingredients into pot and heat it up over medium high.
- Stir until sugar has dissolved, turn off heat and let cool.
- Store into a bottle. (lasts 2 weeks!)
How to Make a Beet the Heat Paloma
- Add all ingredients into mixing tin and shake, strain into rocks glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a dehydrated lime & a cinnamon stick
