Spiked Watermelon Popsicles

Spiked Watermelon Popsicles

Welcome, Sunshine! 🌞

Ready to turn up the summer vibes? Let me introduce you to my new obsession: Spiked Watermelon Popsicles! 🍉 These are not your average popsicles. We’re talking fresh, juicy watermelon, lime, tequila, and an icy-spicy whip-crack of Liv’n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir. Perfect for those hot days poolside or simply enjoying the sun with pals. Trust me, you’re going to love them! So grab your silicone molds (links below!), set your blender to STUNNING, and let’s make this summer the best one yet. Cheers! 🌴🍹

Ingredients:

Makes 6 Spiked Popsicles (3.3oz each)

  • 16oz Cubed Watermelon
  • 4 cups fresh watermelon cubes (frozen)
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz Tequila Reposado (your favorite)
  • 1 oz Liv’n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon guar gum or 1 teaspoon gelatin (to improve stability)
  • Optional: 2-4 tablespoons Honey (inhibits ice crystal formation)
  • Silicone Popsicle Molds - (Try A Standard Silicone Mold or A Watermelon-Shaped Mold)

How to Make:

  1. Freeze Watermelon: Start by freezing your watermelon cubes overnight or until solid.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, tequila, and Liv’n Spicy Jalapeño Elixir (Optional: Add the guar gum or dissolved gelatin.) Blend until smooth.
  3. Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture into the silicone popsicle molds, ensuring they are filled to the top. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Serve: Once frozen, remove the popsicles by running the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pulling the popsicles out.
  6. Enjoy! Cheers! 🍉
